Welcome to Morry membership services. To protect your lawful rights and interests, please carefully read and fully understand this Morry Terms of Use (the "Terms") before subscribing to, purchasing, restoring, or using any Morry membership service. By purchasing through the App Store, subscribing within the Morry app, starting a free trial, restoring a purchase, or continuing to use Morry membership services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you should not subscribe to, purchase, restore, or use Morry membership services.

1. Scope and Application

  1. These Terms apply to your purchase, activation, restoration, and use of membership services through the Morry app and related pages.
  2. These Terms form an integral part of the rules governing Morry membership services and should be read together with other applicable Morry rules, including the user agreement and privacy policy.
  3. If any provision of these Terms conflicts with mandatory provisions of applicable law, the applicable law shall prevail. If these Terms conflict with other specific Morry membership rules, the most recent published rule or the specific page description shall prevail.

2. Membership Plans and Description

Morry currently offers the following three forms of membership service:

  1. Monthly Subscription Membership This is a monthly auto-renewable subscription service. Unless you cancel before the end of the current subscription period, the subscription may automatically renew for the next subscription period in accordance with App Store rules.

  2. Annual Subscription Membership This is an annual auto-renewable subscription service and includes a free trial mechanism. Unless you cancel before the end of the trial or current subscription period, the service may automatically convert into a paid annual subscription and continue to renew in accordance with App Store rules.

  3. Lifetime Purchase Membership This is a one-time paid membership service. After a successful purchase, you may obtain the corresponding membership benefits on an ongoing basis within the scope permitted by the product description and platform rules. Lifetime purchase membership does not auto-renew.

The specific purchase method, scope, benefits, and presentation of membership services shall be subject to the final display within the Morry app and on the App Store page.

3. Pricing and Billing

  1. The applicable price, currency, subscription cycle, free trial terms, promotional information, and final amount charged for Morry membership services shall be as displayed on the App Store page at the time of purchase.
  2. Morry does not commit to any fixed price in these Terms. If pricing, package names, trial arrangements, or display formats are adjusted in the future, the App Store page and in-app display at that time shall prevail.
  3. Because of taxes, exchange rates, regional pricing strategies, or Apple platform policies, users in different countries or regions may see different prices.

4. Auto-Renewal

  1. Monthly Subscription Membership and Annual Subscription Membership are both auto-renewable subscription services.
  2. If you purchase an auto-renewable subscription, and you do not cancel before the end of the current subscription period or free trial period, Apple may automatically charge your Apple account around the renewal date and renew the subscription for the next applicable billing period.
  3. Renewal timing, billing results, invoices, taxes, and payment processing are handled by Apple in accordance with its platform rules.
  4. If renewal fails due to insufficient balance, payment restrictions, payment failure, account issues, or Apple platform reasons, your membership service may be interrupted, expire, or otherwise become unavailable after the current period ends.

5. Free Trial

  1. Morry Annual Subscription Membership includes a free trial. The specific trial period shall be as displayed on the App Store page at the time of purchase.
  2. A free trial is generally available only to users who qualify under Apple's platform rules. Trial eligibility, number of trials, and trial length are subject to Apple platform rules and the actual page display.
  3. If you do not cancel before the free trial ends, the trial may automatically convert into the corresponding paid annual subscription period.
  4. If you cancel during the free trial period, the subscription will not automatically convert into a paid subscription after the trial ends.

6. Cancellation of Subscription

  1. Auto-renewable subscriptions are managed through Apple's platform. You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings.
  2. In general, you may access your subscription management page through your Apple account settings on your iPhone or iPad to review, modify, or cancel your Morry auto-renewable subscription.
  3. Cancellation affects only the auto-renewal of the next subscription period and does not affect your ability to continue using membership services during the current paid subscription period or free trial period, unless Apple platform rules provide otherwise.
  4. Lifetime Purchase Membership is not subject to subscription cancellation rules because it is not an auto-renewable subscription.

7. Restore Purchases

  1. If you previously purchased a restorable Morry membership service using the same Apple account, you may use the "Restore Purchases" function within the Morry app to attempt to restore the corresponding benefits.
  2. The outcome of any restore purchase attempt is subject to Apple's purchase records, account status, regional settings, and platform rules.
  3. Restore Purchases may fail if no eligible purchase record is found, a different Apple account was used, the purchase record is no longer valid, or the purchase does not meet Apple's restoration conditions.
  4. Both Lifetime Purchase Membership and any restorable subscription-based benefits are subject to Apple's returned results and platform rules.

8. Lifetime Purchase Membership

  1. Lifetime Purchase Membership is a one-time paid membership service and is not an auto-renewable subscription.
  2. After a successful purchase, Morry will provide the corresponding membership benefits in accordance with the product description, service capabilities, and platform rules then in effect.
  3. "Lifetime" means that, provided Morry continues to offer the relevant service, the related account or purchase record remains identifiable, and Apple's platform rules are satisfied, you may continue to enjoy the membership benefits corresponding to that purchase.
  4. Morry reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to certain forms of benefits, delivery methods, or feature presentation if required by law, platform policy, business adjustment, product architecture upgrades, force majeure, or other reasonable causes.

9. Membership Benefits

According to Morry's current product design and launch arrangement, membership services may include, without limitation, the following benefits:

  1. VIP emoji pack access
  2. VIP theme access
  3. privacy password lock functionality
  4. VIP cover style access
  5. PDF export privileges
  6. automatic cloud backup and iCloud-related cloud membership capabilities
  7. future member-exclusive features and additional premium capabilities

The specific scope, actual availability, supported devices, supported versions, display format, and launch timing of the above benefits shall be subject to the actual display in the Morry app, the App Store page, and any product description then in effect. Different membership plans may differ in benefit duration, benefit method, or presentation order.

10. Activation, Effectiveness, Suspension, and Termination

  1. The activation time of membership services shall be based on the time when Apple completes payment, the free trial begins, or the purchase record becomes effective.
  2. The active status, expiration date, trial status, renewal status, and restoration result of membership services shall be determined based on the in-app status display together with the results returned by Apple.
  3. Morry may suspend, restrict, interrupt, or terminate all or part of your membership services under the following circumstances:
    • you violate these Terms, other applicable rules, or applicable law;
    • you engage in fraud, abuse of free trials, abnormal purchases, malicious refunds, technical circumvention, or other improper conduct;
    • Apple returns an abnormal status such that membership cannot be properly identified or verified;
    • system maintenance, platform restrictions, policy changes, force majeure, or other circumstances make continued service impossible.
  4. After termination of membership services, you may no longer use benefits that require active membership, unless otherwise required by law or by platform rules.

11. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

When using Morry membership services, you must comply with applicable law and these Terms, and you must not engage in any conduct including but not limited to the following:

  1. impersonating, misappropriating, transferring, renting, lending, or otherwise misusing membership benefits in any manner;
  2. using technical means, plugins, scripts, jailbreaking, packet capture, reverse engineering, or similar methods to bypass membership restrictions;
  3. maliciously obtaining free trials, engaging in abnormal refunds, fake transactions, or otherwise disrupting the order of membership services;
  4. improperly damaging, interfering with, or disrupting Morry or related services;
  5. engaging in any conduct that violates applicable law, Apple platform rules, or public order and good morals.

If you engage in any of the above conduct, Morry may, depending on the circumstances, restrict use, terminate services, revoke benefits, refuse restoration, and reserve the right to pursue further responsibility.

12. Service Changes, Interruptions, and Termination

  1. Morry may adjust membership service content, benefit structure, feature names, display methods, package forms, and related pages based on business development, product strategy, user feedback, platform policy, applicable law, or technical conditions.
  2. Morry may, where necessary, maintain, upgrade, optimize, migrate, suspend, or discontinue membership services.
  3. Morry shall not be liable for interruptions, delays, abnormalities, or unavailability of membership services arising from the following circumstances, although Morry will use reasonable efforts to reduce the impact where appropriate:
    • Apple platform service abnormalities;
    • payment system failures;
    • network, communication, or device failures;
    • system maintenance or version upgrades;
    • force majeure;
    • other circumstances beyond Morry's reasonable control.

13. Refunds and Limitation of Liability

  1. Membership services purchased through the App Store are generally subject to Apple's rules for billing, refunds, invoice disputes, and subscription management.
  2. If you request a refund, revoke a purchase, initiate a payment dispute, or Apple processes a refund, Morry may correspondingly revoke, suspend, or adjust your membership status based on the status returned by Apple.
  3. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Morry shall not be liable beyond the mandatory scope of law for losses caused by Apple platform rules, payment platform processing, device failure, network anomalies, system restrictions, third-party service failures, or other factors not solely within Morry's control.
  4. Morry's liability in relation to membership services shall be subject to applicable law and any binding platform requirements.

14. Privacy and Data Protection

  1. Personal information, purchase information, restored purchase records, and related data processing involved in your use of membership services shall be handled in accordance with Morry's Privacy Policy.

  1. If you do not agree with the relevant content of Morry's Privacy Policy, some membership services may not be activated, identified, or used properly.

15. Amendments and Updates

  1. Morry may amend or update these Terms based on changes in law, platform rule updates, product development needs, or service adjustments.
  2. Updated Terms may be published through the official website, in-app pages, or other reasonable means.
  3. If you continue to purchase, restore, or use Morry membership services after the Terms have been updated, you will be deemed to have accepted the updated Terms.
